for prints is provided below. Not all prints are available at the
largest sizes (e.g., larger than 16x20). Please inquire about large
prints via e-mail. Pricing is for prints only. Matting is
available upon request, with pricing dependent upon image size; mat
pricing will be quoted via e-mail. I apologize, but framing is not
available at this time.

Payment

Typical lead times are 5 business days for digital inkjet prints and 2
weeks for LightJet prints. Matting may require additional
lead time, and an estimate will be provided via e-mail.
Professional Quality Digital Inkjet Prints

Digital
Inkjet Prints are an economical alternative to the
digital LightJet custom color and black & white prints listed below.
Printed using an Epson Photo1280 printer, these prints are made on
papers that ensure a professional presentation of the image. They are
indistinguishable from traditional prints, can be matted and framed
in the same manner as traditional prints, but are a fraction of the
cost. Because of the complexity of controlling
contrast using traditional printing techniques, a well-printed
traditional print can be very expensive. Controlling contrast on
digital prints is done via computer, and the EPSON 1280 produces
professional quality prints with exceptional permanence, tones, hues
and saturation; the quality of the final print is always comparable
- and often exceeds - the quality of a traditional print.
All Digital Inkjet prints are printed on
Hahnemuhle PhotoRag or Epson Color Life paper for optimal results and
longevity.

Custom LightJet Prints - Color and Black &
White

LightJet prints are a professional-quality
digital-print that is exposed using laser beams and subsequently
processed using conventional photographic chemistry. The advantages
of LightJet prints include exceptional control over the final print,
ensuring the greatest detail in highlights and shadows, even in the
most difficult to print images. LightJet prints are the best option
for prints 16x20 and larger, producing sharper output than
traditional printing techniques. Because slides or negatives must
first be scanned to produce a high-resolution digital file for
printing, LightJet prints are more expensive than prints from
traditional processes.
